Hasnain is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He did  his mandatory articles from A.F. Ferguson & Co (PWC). He has more than 15 years of  National and International exposure in tremendously varied environments ranging from  Operational Management and Budgeting to Transaction Advisory and Financial  Consulting on Large Transactions. He has expertise in heading Finance Department, including Accounting, Billing, Treasury, Purchases and Stores. In-depth knowledge of Telecom (Data Services) and Power Sector. Expertise in Designing & Implementing Control Programs for Newly Established Enterprises. Expertise in conducting IPO and Budgeting Function on a large scale. Expertise in Financial and Management Consulting for the Services Sector.  He is also Vice President of a USA based Consulting Company Fast Lane Advisory Inc. (Chicago). Before taking up a practice, he worked for critical local groups like Kohinoor Maple Leaf Group and World Call/FCSC Group.
