Syed Bilal is a seasoned Senior Expert within the Business Transformation practice, based in UAE & KSA. With over 25 years of experience working with PwC, KPMG, EY, and other global consulting firms, Mr. Bilal has helped multinational, regional, and local clients enhance operational efficiency and achieve strategic goals. His expertise spans across Governance Layers, Target Operating Models, Service Delivery Models, Functional Architectures, Departmental KRAs, and Organization Design, as well as Process Reengineering and RPA Automation to streamline costs, roles, people, processes, and technology.

Renowned for his leadership in Board Performance, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and Change Management, Mr. Bilal is a champion of aligning corporate values with actions, ensuring organizations adapt to ever-evolving market dynamics. His contributions in Business, Organization, and HR Transformation are rooted in a results-driven approach, where he helps organizations achieve resilience, sustainability, and enhanced performance through optimized back-office operations.

Mr. Bilal has successfully led over 100 transformation projects across 22 industries and in more than 25 countries. He has addressed complex board performance challenges using the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) framework, driving holistic transformation initiatives for clients primarily in IT (SaaS), Financial Services, Energy/ Utilities, Oil & Gas, and the Public Sector.

Academically, Mr. Bilal is currently pursuing an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration from Switzerland. He is a Certified Leader for Excellence and Certified Internal Assessor by EFQM, as well as a Certified Personality and Preference Inventory (PAPI) Consultant by Cubiks Limited, UK. Since 2003, he has been a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting UK and is currently being considered for FCIPD UK. Mr. Bilal is also set to complete the Executive MBA program at London Business School in Fall 2025.
